Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the team’s day-to-day operations and ensuring that they meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma/Degree
  • Strong operational and GDS/travel systems experience, fares knowledge, staff management skills and solution driven
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced, busy environment
  • 2 years Team Leader experience 
  • 5-8 years industry related experience
  • +2  years Amadeus GDS experience 
  • Experience in luxury travel products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual + collective goals
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency 
  • Identify training needs and create development plans for team members.
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Product Knowledge; Innovative product experience
  • Problem solving and excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales track record
