Job Description

  • Plan, organize and implement sales plan.
  • Develop portfolio and ensure regular visit to corporate clients and Travel Agencies
  • Establish objectives for converting potential and retaining existing customers.
  • Take responsibility to achieve or exceed sales (bookings) and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to travel trade and customer.
  • Co-ordinate and attend various market specific trade shows .
  • Plan and organize workshop to travel agencies.
  • Recommend sales and promotional action plans based on market needs and feedback, competitors’ activities.
  • Ensure profitable sales revenue is achieved.
  • Assist in designing and developing sales and marketing strategies in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share for the airline.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure that the clients are made aware of various procedures offered by the airline.
  • Achieve Passenger sales target and marketing goals of the company.
  • Maintain and promote airline brand, products and services through the different distribution channels.
  • Prepare marketing reports and business plan                                    

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in sales from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the relevant field    .                                              
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills.                                         
  • Willing to work odd hours and with little supervision.
  • Results oriented.
