Job Description

Professional service delivery to customers and suppliers by attending to all clients travel requirements.

Suitable candidates acorss positions availible must meet the qualification criteria, and must be able to demonstrate skills as set out below.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience and skill as a Travel Advisor, utilising a GDS.
  • Must able to handle all regional and international reservations with supplementary services thoroughly.
  • Understanding visa requirements and country travel information.
  • Competent in Re-issues, VMPD, EMD, reading airline rules and restrictions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing.
  • Galileo experience essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic and excellent teamwork, time and attendance required.
