Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Galileo (incl reissues and EMD’s) are essential. 
  • 4+ years’ experience in dealing with corporate travel in Africa – not negotiable.
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel
  • High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  
  • Ability to be on standby after hours and alternate weekends.
  • Passionate about delivering prompt, exceptional service.
