Job Description

Requirements & Work Experience 
  • BACK-OFFICE / ADMIN function within a CORPORATE RETAIL TRAVEL AGENCY environment during the last  3 – 5 years
  • QUICKTRAV INVOICING experience essential and QUICKTRAV Voucher System, Main Module, General Ledger exposure an advantage
  • Enjoy working with Numbers, assist in Reconciliations, Data Capturing, contact suppliers for Invoices, Assist in Month-End processes, Receipting etc…
  • Own transport
  • Residing in the Northern Suburbs or West Rand
  • Good communication skills, Proficient in WORD and EXCEL

Subject to experience of candidate

Required Qualifications

Office Hours: 08H30 – 17H00 with 1 hour lunch break, Mon-Fri – Offices situated in Ferndale / Randburg.
