Job Description

The duties would include:

  • Designing and costing tours with the team
  • Understanding our customer’s needs and requirements and are able to know how to match this to a tour
  • Managing the various deadlines and payments timeously
  • Managing clear communication
  • Be able to travel with the groups
  • Be able to work in a team
  • managing of department’s administrative and operational matters

Required Qualifications

  • Global travel and comprehensive knowledge of popular tourist destinations
  • Designing tour packages
  • Strong Negotiations skills to ensure profitability
  • Basic understanding of financial principles
  • Completion of department‘s administrative and operational matters
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 4 years of tour experience
  • Speaking confident in English and Afrikaans
