Job Description

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Creditors Controller – Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proficient in computer use.

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile creditor accounts
  • Resolve complaints and queries within company guidelines
  • Process financial journals
  • Complete and submit credit applications
  • Distribute remittances and proof of payments
  • Maintain accurate supplier details and manage overdue accounts
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Perform other ad hoc duties
  • Assist with COD payments (Pre-Payments) and related query resolution.
Requirements:
  • Financial qualification (Bcom/Diploma in Finance)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Quick Trav experience is a plus
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
