Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor
  • Corporate Communication
  • Create and maintain a positive image of CX in the region
  • Crisis media management
  • Organise specific marketing promotional or PR events
  • Co-ordinate press familiarisation trips
  • Process all Customer Relations issues to the mutual satisfaction of company and the customer
  • Customer Relations; dealing with customer complaints while retaining the relationship.
  • Social Responsibility
  • Loyalty Marketing

  • Fluent in English
  • 2-3 years experience
