Job Description

ROLE • Ensure production quality meets and exceeds client SLA and requirements • Create and Develop a quality culture within the in-house • Ensure accurate issuance and processing of all travel documentation • Report to Team Leader | Operations Manager on QC errors and development areas needed within the team • Support Team Leader | Operations Manager with administration and support tasks – including – QC error report | Daily TINS report | Use of Agentivity reporting LEADERSHIP & COACHING • Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort • Motivate & inspire team members to ensure quality and accuracy • Lead by setting a good example (role model) – behaviour consistent with words • Facilitate problem solving & collaboration • Intervene when necessary to aid the consultants in resolving quality control errors • Support new team members in working through Quality Assurance Induction Programme, ensure that they have the necessary knowledge to effectively participate on the team.

Required Qualifications

Grade 12 Diploma in Travel and Tourism. Previous QC and ticketing experience – beneficial Intermediate level experience with minimum 5 years Travel Consulting Experience
