An outgoing person that enjoys working within a team.  Able to handle pressure and needs to be extremely organized and efficient

The incumbent of this role must effectively action the conferencing/Group process at all levels including Flight bookings, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services. Ensure the ongoing all encompassing viability of the Tourvest Travel Services division

Required Qualifications

  • Matric Qualification

  • Travel DiplomaMinimum 6 year’s experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organisation

  • Beginners and intermediate and advance fares course

  • Ticket reissue course

  • Ticketing course

  • Super User course

  • Business with charm and savvy (Excel External Applicants)

  • Customer service course

  • Sound geographical knowledge

  • Sound visa knowledge

  • SAM and AGM course

General Details

  • Knowledge and work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS

  • Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.

  • Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations

  • Accurately complete all reissues

  • Ability to complete all refunds accurately

    Ensure corporate fares are utilized

  • Update excel spreadsheets for Global reporting monthly.

  • Documentation management of all Projects:

  • Itinerary planning and layout

  • Vouchers

  • Rooming Lists

  • FilingAlignment to all TTS polices/procedures found on Dashboard

  • Fully conversant with the paperless procedureFull alignment to the TTS Standard Operating Procedures

  • Full understanding of the SOP  manualFully conversant with preferred partners both of TTS and the client

  • Ability to update all travelers profilesEnsure that all fees are correctly charged at time of processing final documentation including invoicing and referral bookings

  • No tickets to be on the un invoiced ticket list

  • All ECC charges invoiced out the following day

  • All vouchers correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier

Cost conscious for both TTS and the clientUnderstanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and

  • Attendance of company meetings and functions/team building

  • Building and maintain multi- level relationship within TTS

  • Networking at industrial related events
