Job Description

  • Leisure travel consultant
  • Quote clients for leisure travel bookings worldwide.
  • Liaise with customer to determine destination, travel dates, budget considerations, and accommodation required.
  • Collect payment from customer.
  • Book airline tickets, hotel accommodation, car hire, coach tours, transfers etc.
  • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel suppliers.
  • Provide customer with travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
  • Print or send travel documentation.
  • Investigate complaints regarding safety violations.
  • Follow-up with client after travel completed.
  • Build client relationships
