Job Description

You will be responsible for all ticketing, amendments, reissues and bank payment processes for the business during After Hours shifts; 16:00 - 00:00 on weekdays including public holiday and weekend work. 

Responsibilities of Role:
  • Actioning all ticketing related queries and processes from all departments
  • Providing world-class customer service to our clients.
  • Responsible for all accounting and invoicing relating to the payment of airline tickets and Travelstart products.
  • Processing of credit card and bank payments resulting in tickets being issued or reissued, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Fraud profiling for all South African credit card payments for all online bookings and assistance where needed for other departments and markets.
  • Processing of amendments and reissues accurately and according to the IATA fare rules
  • Respond to all relevant inbound phone calls as required from customers
  • Respond to all relevant inbound SMS' and emails from customers.
  • Maintain a high quality standard set out by the quality procedure and company policy.
  • Queue management.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills Requirements:
  • 2 Years knowledge of Amadeus (not an interface), Fares, Ticketing and Invoicing systems
  • Must have access to ADSL
  • English Essential
