Job Description

Travelstart is looking for a Guest Team Agent (day & night)

You will be responsible for interacting with clients across various platforms (telephone, emails and chats) and delivering world class customer services .

Salary

Basic + provident + 50% contribution to principle member (travelstart employee) medical aid

Required Qualifications

Technical skill requirements:
  • Efficient working knowledge of Amadeus;
  • Minimum one year's experience in travel essential;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving;
  • Flexibility;
  • English essential;
  • Afrikaans or other languages is a plus.

General Details

Please note After Hours (night) hours:
You will be responsible for interacting with clients across various platforms by delivering world class customer services during After Hours shifts; 15:00 - 00:00 on weekdays with rotational weekends and Public Holiday shifts. At this stage you will be able to work from home.
